We had this for dinner last night and it was SO simple and incredibly delicious. I'm all for food that's healthy, fast and tastes like it could be bad for you. On the side I did chopped carrots and parsnips with a little olive oil put in the oven for 20 minutes at 425F and you're golden!

What do you think my chances are of getting Matt to do this with me?? We used to do yoga together but Matt has now decided that all forms of stretching aren't necessary after this exercise physiology course we took together that outlined the dangers of being too flexible. I took a different read on the material!
