What: High intensity, dynamic workout that will challenge your body to the next level.

Who: Workouts taught by Christie Preston

When: Monday, Tuesdays and Thursday morning and evening classes available.

Where: Two choices this year: outdoors or indoors!! For both options we will still meet at our Totum Performance at 1073 Yonge St (Subway: Rosedale) and leave for Ramsden Park. You can store your valuables and shower after your workout there!
