Are the workouts going to be hard?
That being said I believe in empowerment and not destructive training. I'm never going to force you to do anything you don't want to. My workouts are challenging, but in a good way! And, they work.
How long until I see results?
That depends on how hard you're willing to work and the frequency of our training sessions. You're in control! Typcially clients that follow my programs will notice changes quickly and after six weeks they typically feel like they have accomplished a lot - a fact that is supported by our measurement data!
Will I sweat?
Will I have fun?
